Annual Report
The Annual Report is a Community Charter requirement that provides opportunities for public access to audited financial statements from the previous year, updates on the City's services, operations, and performance from the previous year, and objectives and measures for the current and following year. This reporting helps meet the information needs of both local governments and the public by promoting greater understanding of municipal responsibilities and priorities.

Inserts
The City distributes inserts with the following bills:
- Utility bills
- Business licence invoice
- Property tax bills
These inserts contain specific information about the bill subject.
