All businesses operating in the City of Quesnel must obtain a business licence. All business licences expire on December 31 of the current year. Renewal notices are mailed in January for the current year to the current address we have on file for your business. Please read the Information and Guide for Business Licence Applicants [PDF/96KB] prior to starting the process.

For an accommodation business, complete the Accommodation Business Licence application form.

Fees

Payment

Payments MUST be received by City Hall for your application to be processed.

Business owners MUST pay in person (cash, debit or cheque) at City Hall, or may call City Hall to arrange a bank transfer (250-992-2111).
