Budgets are a balancing act. The City must provide quality services and maintain ageing infrastructure with limited revenue from taxpayers. Each year, the City develops a detailed budget to determine how tax and fee revenue is generated and how it will be spent. Part of that process is our need for citizen input on key priorities to ensure the municipality is responding to resident and ratepayer concerns and opportunities.
