Trail development, and the promotion of trails within the City of Quesnel is one aspect of
Quesnel’s strategic plan. The City of Quesnel has a popular river front trail system that encircles
the downtown core, with many parks and recreation opportunities within City limits. Quesnel, is
moving forward with a phased approach, focusing on future development, and upgrading the
existing trail networks, to become an outdoor enthusiast’s destination.
