Reserving a park or outdoor space
Planning an event, gathering, or activity in a park or public outdoor space? Submit a Park and Outdoor Space Permit Application to reserve your preferred location. A permit gives you priority use of the outdoor space during your booking time. Permit holders may request that other users relocate from the reserved area if necessary. Public spaces without a reservation remain available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important: Receiving a permit does not close a park or public space to the public. Most parks and outdoor spaces remain open and accessible to other users during permitted activities.
How to Apply
- Submit your application at least 5 business days before your requested booking date.
- Some applications, including special events, tournaments, organized sports, or large gatherings, require additional review and processing time.
- Depending on the nature of your event, you may be asked to provide additional information or complete a Special Event Application.
