Proposal:
A Temporary Use Permit application has been made to allow for the use of Emergency Shelter at 395 Elliott Street, legally described as LOT 2, DISTRICT LOT 386, CARIBOO DISTRICT, PLAN EPP92735. See location map.
The Emergency Shelter use will be in addition to the current mental health and addiction services administered from this site. The temporary use of Emergency Shelter is being requested for a three-year term.
Consideration of this application will take place at a Special Open Meeting of Council as follows:

How can I provide comment?
Written submissions regarding the proposed application may be submitted to City Hall in person or by email to developmentservices@quesnel.ca no later than 12:00 pm, Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Email submissions must include subject 395 Elliott Street, and full name and address of submitter.
Oral and written submissions may also be received at the meeting December 30, 2025, Special Open Council Meeting.
