Delegation - Quesnel Workforce Strategy
Factor 5 Group developed the workforce strategy to find made in Quesnel solutions to workforce challenges identified in our area. Local employers were consulted and the top challenges are attracting, retaining and training employees. The barriers in Quesnel include housing, transit and childcare.
Council asked staff to look at grant funding opportunities to move forward with some of the initiatives in the report.
Fortis Operating Agreement
Council approved the new operating agreement between the City and Fortis Energy Inc. A long standing partnership since 1977.
