Looking for a space to host a meeting or special event? We have many options to suite your needs.
Lockers are available to rent in the Family, Ladies, and Men’s change rooms for a 6-month or 1 Year term. The Family and Ladies change rooms feature ½ size lockers while the Men’s change room features both ¼ and ½ size lockers. You are welcome to bring your own personal lock OR rent one from the facility for an initial deposit of $10.00. The deposit will be refunded when renter gives up use of the locker.
We have several meeting room options available for private and community events. All rooms include the amenities of Wi-Fi, flip charts, tables and chairs. Meeting rooms are rented on an hourly or full day basis with rates dependent on room size. Additional fees may apply for Liability Insurance, SOCAN (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada), damage deposit and maintenance set up/clean up fees. Painting Party | 2 hours
Held in the Pottery Studio with a party leader, children will paint on canvas with acrylic paint and create a one of a kind masterpiece. All materials are provided and at the end, each party-goer will create one original painting that they will be able to take home.
Arts and Crafts Party | 2 hours
Held in the Pottery Studio with a party leader, organized crafts and activities are where it’s at! Party-goers will create two crafts that they will be able to take home at the end of the party. Craft options can vary from dream catchers, beaded wind chimes, tic-tac-toe boards, wearable masks and fairy houses.

Book the Arena for your next birthday party! Book during a public skating session or book private ice time for additional fees.
Tables and chairs are set up near the leisure patch. Bring in food, drinks and decorations! Concession will also be open.

This 672 sq. ft. room is located downstairs on the ice level in the West Fraser Centre. It is perfect for any business or organization meetings.
