Request for Proposals

The City of Quesnel invites proposals to deliver videos for two individual projects. The videos will become the property of the City of Quesnel and will be published with credit, when possible.
These projects are funded by Northern Development Initiative Trust and the Province of British Columbia.

Project 1

The City of Quesnel is striving to attract provincially significant tournaments or events that will draw visitors from around the province and beyond. We’re also working toward increasing event attendance and increasing the overall number of events held in our community.

The production of new videos will further support our efforts to showcase Quesnel as an ideal location for large-scale events. It will enhance our bid submissions and inspire community organizations to create new, and improve existing, events.

Project 2

The intention with this project is to create a new series of videos to attract skilled workers in the areas that are needed, including health care, skilled trades, and education.  The City of Quesnel is partnering with major employers to achieve this initiative.  The videos will be promoted on social media and television to help reach and recruit skilled workers from across Canada. The Workforce Attraction videos will also be made available to local employers.
