Located in the weight room, this circuit fitness class is a great for someone who just wants to enjoy a little more of what the Weight Room has to offer. Learn how to use a variety of equipment while under the guidance of a personal trainer in a fun circuit environment. This class not only builds strength it’s also a great way to build confidence and knowledge of the fitness centre while getting a full body workout.
