'The Wod' (The workout of the day) include AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible) and EMOMs (Every Minute On The Minute). Each 50-minute class involves just three pieces of equipment (12kg or 16kg Kettlebells, Dumbbells and a skipping rope) in order to improve form to deliver a lean and stronger body.
