A wide range of fitness and general recreation programs are available at the Arts and Recreation Centre and surrounding areas. Qualified weight room instructors are available to design fitness programs for those just starting out as well as those looking to advance their current fitness regime. Whether you are interested in losing weight, strength training, body sculpting, or dealing with a chronic condition; our trained instructors can design a program specific to your needs. The Department also offers a variety of aerobics, circuit training and weight room opportunities for anyone looking to improve their personal health.
